The Eight

The Eight, a new building in the heart of downtown Bellevue, welcomes the community in with wide-open shared spaces and a host of amenities. We designed a polished interior and exterior sign family for the ground and amenity floors, which include a landscaped plaza, terrace, flexible event space, and fitness center.

Our signage scheme took cues from the Eight’s brand (a looping 8 logo) to create an animated, layered system that provides playful moments throughout the public spaces. Signage materials, colors and finishes were carefully selected to echo the sophisticated architectural and interior design scheme. The welcoming language and inviting graphics even extend down into the parking garage.

The signage design team provided a creative solution that not only solved our wayfinding challenges at The Eight but also enhanced the building’s identity with a design that feels both intuitive and sophisticated.
