Wayfinding

Our Mad Campus wayfinding scheme numbered and credited each of twelve artworks and featured individual maps to guide visitors to other installations in the series. Each installation was by a different artist, and the size, scale and materials varied hugely, as well as being tucked into all sorts of corners of campus. A key objective was to signal that each artwork was only one of a larger series that could be discovered around campus with a little exploration. In Red Square, the large brick plaza in the heart of campus, an abstracted map of all of the artworks helped to promote the two-week-long installation event.
