The Francia Russell Center is part of Pacific Northwest Ballet, and provides facilities for young dancers in training. We designed signage to complement Mithun’s warm, contemporary architecture and interior design. The more formal donor recognition in the main lobby recognizes both founding donors (in gray) as well as new capital campaign donors (in red). Individual donors are recognized outside the entry to each studio space. In the less formal training area in the rear of the space, a community donor installation design was inspired by the ribbons from ballet shoes. Additional ribbons can be added over time, creating a dense and joyful installation.
