Installation of Pioneer Square Shoreline Alley story panels

We’re excited to share that the third and final installment of our Shoreline Alley interpretation in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square is all in place! Illustrated by Paige Pettibon, these story panels—paired with wave-patterned paving—mark where the original shoreline once meandered through the neighborhood. The scheme is completed with etched kickrails running down the streets nearby, each of which celebrates indigenous plant technologies and tools.
