2. Re-using

We aim to achieve more with less. We re-use things to create new. (Then when all is said and done, we recycle.)

Plastic-a-holics is a concept to help us break our reliance on plastic. An enormous ‘vortex’ created entirely from waste plastic emulates Garbage Island, a vast, swirling mass of plastic currently growing exponentially in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. At its edges, the plastic waste melts into solid sheets to provide a backdrop for a step-by-step plan to allow us to shake off our ‘plastic addiction’. Slated for publication in the book Eco Graphics, 2010.
